Seriously. Can we quit trying to out frum each other? I'm sure someone's trying to prove something to the Israeli community by FREAKING OUT about the Hasid who was starring with Natalie Portman in a new movie.

Where there is religion, there will be oneupsmanship. I think we sometimes worry that God has a short attention span and is only really impressed when we take things to absurd lengths.
The phrase "out-frum" makes me picture an Strongbad "Teen Girl Squad" comic with a pencil drawing of a Hasidic rabbi pointing at one of the girls and Strongbad's voice yelling "OUT-FRUMMED!" over it.
