Oh!Nuts Purim Basket Giveaway!

I'm proud to announce that Oh!Nuts is sponsoring a giveaway on this here blog of mine, and it's just in time for Purim -- everyone's favorite hamantaschen and indulgence filled holiday on the Jewish calendar. Whether you're jonesing for some chocolate covered nuts, some delicious rock candy, some sparkling juice, or just plain-ole chocolate, there is a Purim basket (up to $30!) with YOUR name on it. So how do you rope yourself a Purim basket?

1. Leave a comment on this here blog post by Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
2. In the comment, be sure to include how I can contact you (email, that is), as well as which Purim basket on the Oh!Nuts website you fancy most.
3. On Monday, March 2, 2009, I will announce a winner first thing in the morning before sauntering off to class.
4. If you're the winner, I will announce it on the blog and will email you instructions on how to retrieve your recently won basket (up to $30).
And if you're worried about getting it in time for Purim, don't. There are two companies online that I have dealt with that have lightning-fast shipping, and those are Oh!Nuts and Artscroll . Never fear, your goodies will arrive in time for you to get chocolate stains all over your favorite Purim Superman outfit.

Let the giveaway begin!

NOTE: All items from Oh!Nuts are KOSHER! Also, the winner will be chosen at random. I'll throw all the names in a cute hat I recently bought at CoverYourHair, and pick a winner that way.

I do so love a giveaway. I think the Driftwood Blue basket's my favourite because of the pretty dish. And the snacks. Because snacks are awesome.

I must say, I love chocolate and rock candy....

I forgot to say which basket I liked best. From a design standpoint, I have to go with the vase one. that would be a lovely hostess gift!

They are all beautiful and filled with yummy goodness, but I think I like the Picnic Flair Basket the best overall! The basket can be put to use afterwards, too. What a lovely giveaway!

Being diabetic, it's a shame that the sugar-free basket is out of the price range of the giveaway! That said, the "Black Ice" basket would be a good one to give to good ol' Dad :) If I'm lucky enough to win, email me at ROB42378@gmail.com! Thanks!

What a fantastic idea! I love the varied options.

They are all good, but my favourite purim gift would have to be the Victorian Table which is amazing!

Don't forget folks, to follow the rules! Tell me your favorite basket in order to be entered into the contest!!! And if you don't want to leave your contact info, feel free to email me at kvetching.editor@gmail.com with what you commented with.

Haha I don't read a lot of blogs, but since your email I've been poking through. It's Jenn E from your Israel trip. There's a lot of cool stuff on your blog! Anyway at work so better get back to it, but my favorite Purim basket was the Velvet Burgundy Purim Basket mostly because I thought the box would be cool to store trinkets in, and a nice thing to keep over time.

Hope you have a good one Chaviva!

Hooray for giveaways! I'll have to go with "Black Ice," and not just for the cool name and yummy contents. Driving up here in the winter means constantly watching for black ice on the road, so it would be nice to actually enjoy seeing some, for once.

Oh, this is an awesome give away! If I had my pick, I'd want the fudge vase.

Very tough choice, but I'm going with the Fudge Vase..shouldn't all vases be fudge? I have to say all the contents are weaknesses of mine and that vase would look lovely with a dried flower arrangement after the goodies are depleted.

I see "chocolate" mentioned many times in Oh! Nuts' "The Venetian - Purim Basket," so that would be James-dandy for moi.

I was in the 5 Towns store yesterday and trust me, these baskets are as gorgeous in person as they on the website.

The Umbrella stand is really nice, but I have to say, the Royal Clock, stunning.

Great contest, I am a huge fan of Oh!Nuts, so here goes. I'd send out the Purim Nosher's Can
Bright Red-Themed Mishloach Manos in a Red Can. This way, you have a place to put all the wrappers when done noshing on all the candy!
