This video makes me ... really, really really ... want to be in Israel. I'm sure it isn't even filmed in Israel or anywhere near Israel and it doesn't really say anything about Israel, but, it sings to me. Hat tip to Life in Israel for this.
Happy Birthday Gilad Shalit ... the world-over we're praying for you.
Shabbat shalom!

I love it, Shabbat Shalom to you!!!
An apartment or house that size and layout - most certainly not in Israel. I figured it was in Queens, NY or some such place.
Very sweet video.
what was that second song they started at the end? i liked that a lot!
Shabbat ended an hour-ish ago here in northern europe. Shavuoa tov!
Yeah...that kitchen was pretty amazing.
Seriously, I dream of a house with TWO huge kitchens. Would make life SOOOOO much easier ;)
Thanks for sharing -- great song!
elisabeth, that was Mah Yedidut Menuhateich - מה ידידות מנוחתך. It's in pretty much any birkon. Usually in the Friday night group of songs. It is actually the same song they were singing lines from throughout the video, but a different tune.
thanks Mordechai! i think we need to get more singing around our table on Friday nights. I'm not familiar with that melody at all ... i'm looking on youtube!
Nu? When's your pilot trip?
